My experience with V4B was excellent from start to finish. Not only were they one of the most competitive for prices for vehicles that I had seen elsewhere for much more, but even when there was issues with cars being withdrawn from short-term contracts, they continued to source a vehicle for me with a turn-around in just over 2-weeks. My contact was Kayleigh who was absolutely amazing and was available when I needed her and never failed to return a single call when she was not. My car arrived today and it is perfect for my needs. Great experience from V4B customer service, just a shame the BMW dealership they used, Halliwell Jones, found it acceptable to deliver a brand new car driven for over 300 miles and covered in filth. This let them and me down. The need to Drive through B roads is not an excuse. Why are they being driven and not properly transported.
I would recommend they change the dealership they use as this is not acceptable. I would use V4B again but not if associated BMW Halliwell Jones in Chester.
V4B stood out as reasonably priced when I was researching available PCH companies - and Dave was really very helpful when getting quotes. I didn't feel like there was a question I couldn't ask, and the process of quote generation - through to finance approval and ordering the vehicle - was really well organised and honestly exceeded my expectations.
Dave's admin team are fantastic - in particular Caitlin - who put in an extensive amount of effort in a very time limited environment to solve an unexpected problem that would have otherwise significantly delayed the delivery. Once the problem was identified, she got a solution found and utilised in a remarkably short amount of time - going above and beyond in my opinion.
I do look forward to the rest of the time with the vehicle & I would think that in 4 years time, I have had a smooth process with them throughout.

We were looking for another car as our previous car's clutch finally gave out. We were looking at leasing a 2nd hand car as we just didn't have the money to shell out on a decent car. When we had decided on the vehicle and had found some about 3 or 4 years old with a few minor bumps and scrapes I came across the V4B website and couldn't believe they were offering a brand new version of the car at the same price!
I completed the online form and Jason rang me back and was so friendly and polite. He explained how it all worked and I said that we needed a car asap. He said that there were a few arriving in the country next Thursday and offered me a choice of 3 colours. I chose one and he said that he would hold one for me until I completed all the paperwork online.
I did that and true to his word he did, and 2 weeks later the car was delivered in absolutely MINT condition.
I still can't quite believe we have a brand new car on lease for the money we have paid. A very worthwhile experience and one that I wasn't sure about as you never really know if you are dealing with a reputable company online, but I spoke many times to Jason, and must have emailed Yasmin over 30 times with lots and lots of questions and she always came back to me very quickly and with the answers that I was after.
A really great company who delivered exactly what they said they would. No hidden extras or nasty surprises. I would 100% recommend, (and do to my friends and family). I will definitely be back for my next car when I return this one.

I was finally directed to V4B, who quickly grasped my needs, worked out what they needed to do and got on with it. I've never felt like a simple number through the door, but a client whose name and details they remember and want to look after. Ordered a qashqai through this company, professional throughout, apologies as I was getting a bit fed up of waiting, not the companies fault, delayed slightly due to manufacturing delays and I had no temp car to use (again of no fault to them). I would reccomend V4B if you are considering a brand new car as the process of ordering to the final delivery of the car is simple. I experienced some ridiculously long delays but V4b would continually update me on updated ETA. As a customer, if your ordering a new car you have to understand, with the ridiculous world we're living in ATM, theres potential for long delays. Helpful and friendly staff

Initially a fast response on a lease enquiry. After that Josh completely ghosted me - even after submitting a second enquiry. Might expect this on a dating app, but strange behaviour for a company that wants to make money. I can only assume they had better deals to close. Stay away.

Once we'd decided on which car to lease and the paperwork completed/approved which took less than 24 hours, the car arrived within 2 weeks. I ordered my car last Year and find leasing through on line agents very easy and straightforward to order. There was a lot of paperwork and logging via an online app which for someone a little older can be challenging but it all made sense. The updates were very good and aftercare probably better than I have received previously. I would definitely use V4B in the future.

Extremely smooth transaction less than three weeks from first contact to delivery, kept up to date on progress all the way with emails and phone calls and a follow up call after delivery to confirm everything was as expected. Would highly recommend.
This is my 3rd year with V4B, and I am very impressed. My car was ordered initially without any problems, my deposit was low, and I wouldn’t hesitate next year in March to lease another car from them.

Top class service from Jordan Hollingsworth. This is the first time I have ever leased a car so was unsure of the process but I needn't have worried as Jordan was excellent, he not only found me a fantastic deal on a car he walked me through the process step-by-step with unlimited patience. I’ve leased many vehicles since being able to drive, but I have to say that V4B is the most competent and enjoyable company to work with that I’ve ever encountered.
Sceptical that my vehicle would be delivered in the time frame that was quoted, I would request updates and information weekly via Email... yet to my surprise, for once, a very helpful gentleman named Jordan was always swift with his reply to said emails.
To conclude, my vehicle was able for delivery three weeks earlier than quoted, from the fact that Jordan took the time to push it through for me.
He was always polite, pleasant and joyful to converse with.
I couldn’t recommend any other company more. I’ve truly enjoyed my time with the group, and look forward to the future with them.

I had leased an Audi A4 from them 2 years ago and the service was brilliant. The car delivery and pick up was scheduled perfectly. I was offered good and quick advice when I needed an extension on my car towards the end of the contract. All the details regarding the car were provided in good time to avoid any issues.
Shame I couldn’t get any better deal the next time around as I would have carried on with them. But nevertheless I found them trust worthy and helpful throughout my lease duration and would use them again next time around.
i ordered a car in May. A few weeks ago V4B contacted me to say the price had increased by over £100 a month. i didnt realise that this could happen but if u read the small print of your contract, u will see it is in there. I should have read the small print but feel they could have told me this could happen too. V4B keep their commission though so i am the only one with a problem.

We have used V4B on 2 occasions in the past and have been very happy with them, when we can e to renew in January we found their service was not quite as good as our previous experience. Enquires went without answer and we had to continually chase for answers/information. This happed at a time when their web site had undergone a revamp, for the worst in our opinion, browsing became difficult and cumbersome, deals headlined were no longer available by the time we received responses. We also found that they were no longer the competitive company we new both on level of deposit and monthly rentals.
We will look at them again if we are ever in the market again with the hope the service has returned to its previous levels.
I ordered a car which was on a 6 month lead time, I was dealing with Jordan, and he was absolutely great. Towards the end of the 6 months I was so eager to get my new car, phoning Jordan all the time, but he was always very professional and we always had a good laugh. Definitely recommend and will be doing future business for sure.

I really like this company but unfortunately the new website is really poor, difficult to navigate etc. I really dont understand what was wrong with the old website, so many companies change their website for change sake and drop the proverbial.

I requested a car online and the next day received a phone call to start the process. I was given a choice of vehicles, paid my deposit online and arranged for delivery of my car, which arrived on the date we had arranged. I would highly recommend V4B.

I was very worried about leasing as its not something I have ever done before, I spoke to an account manager called Jordan Hollingsworth and he made me feel at ease from beginning to end, I had many questions which he answered with fantastic knowledge and anything he didn’t know he found out swiftly and let me know. From picking a vehicle Jordan managed to get me the car I have wanted for a long time at a good price, from ordering the vehicle I dealt with a couple of ladies who dealt with the majority of the paperwork again explaining everything, in what I needed to send and sign.
As I mentioned I hadn’t leased before but I certainly will be again and I will 100% be dealing with V4B. perfect customer service from beginning to end.

We were looking for a new car since our clutch went on our current one. We were looking at leasing a 2nd hand car, (about 3-4 years old) when I happened upon this site and was amazed to see the same vehicle, but BRAND NEW at a very similar price! I submitted the form and Jason rang me back and was extremely professional and friendly and put me at ease. He went through the cars that were available right now, (since we no longer had one) saying that some would be arriving the following Thursday and I could have one of them. I completed the forms and true to his word his set the vehicle aside for me and 2 weeks later we have it! A brand new shiny White Nissan Qashqai and absolutely MINT condition. It is stunning and I still can't quite believe the price we have paid for it.
We will definitely be using them again as well as recommending them to our friends and family.

This is the first lease car i have had. The whole process went very well and the staff were helpfull. The financisl side of things was pretty easy to set up. The delivery went well too and the car arrived on the arranged day. Im very pleased with the car. Only negative was the car arrived with next to no fuel. The red warning light came on when i got to the end of the street. I wasnt expecting a full tank but a quarter to get me going would have been nice. I alsofelt the guy who delivered it couldnt wait to get away and didnt take the time to talk over the car and explain how things worked.
I would definitely use this lease company again.

Thought the experience throughout,was very good ,from choosing the car ,to speaking to your staff then the car arriving ,was very smooth .
I like the service, offer great competitive deals on the cars, however my experience took a downturn towards the end due to sudden revoking of the price that i had been offered on a car. Though i don't think they could have done much on their end!
I had a secured a deal for a Mercedes through carwow and the agent (Dave) handled my queries. He was excellent and handles my queries superbly. Had my finance approved and when we went to order through the dealership we were told that the car i had been looking at was no longer accepting order and thus my order was no longer valid. Though, with some through inspection, it seemed to me they just didn’t want to accept the discounted price and wanted me to go with the non-discounted price, eventhough i had secured the price on contract with 7 days validity. With that, I was no longer interested in the deal and left.
But with some more chasing with other brokers, I had ran into an exact same issue where another dealer failed to accept the discounted price and wanted me to pay extra for the new model that they were releasing. But in this case, the broker firm had price promise and an agreement with the dealership to honour the deals, so in this case they managed to get the order through. My personal feedback would be to have agreement and transparency with the dealership to ensure orders don’t fall at last minute and that offers received under discounted deal are honoured within the timeframe of the offer.
